Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Wrap & Roll

At Wrap & Roll, we specialize in curated, customized, and perishable gifting products. Each order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds due to the customized and perishable nature of our products.

However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is significantly different from what was confirmed

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images/videos as proof
  • Our team will review and offer a replacement or suitable resolution

Perishable Products Policy

For edible items (chocolates, cakes, etc.):

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • After this timeframe, we cannot take responsibility for product condition

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement
  • After this, orders enter processing/design/production and cannot be canceled
  • Customized and bulk orders are non-cancellable once production begins

For urgent cancellations, please contact our support team immediately.

Incorrect Address Policy

Our guarantee applies only to correctly provided addresses.

Wrap & Roll is not responsible if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient is unavailable
  • Delivery fails on the first attempt
  • The customer does not respond or update delivery details in time

No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number + images
  • We will ensure a fair and quick resolution
