Return and Exchange Policy
Product(s) can be exchanged in person only from our retail store within 7 days from the
date of delivery. You may exchange your item for another item(s) of equivalent value or
claim a store credit voucher that is valid for 30 days from the original invoice date.
Consumable items such as edibles, gift wrapping, inflated balloons, etc. are not eligible
for exchange or return. To be eligible for an exchange the product must be unused with
its original packaging intact. Differences in color and/or texture can be due to screen
differences and/or photography, we also reserve the right to substitute components of
our gift hampers as they are subject to availability, hence these are not valid reasons for
exchange/return.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is only possible before an order has begun processing, after which
the Return and Exchange Policy is applicable. Customers will receive a shipping
confirmation via SMS or email that includes order tracking information once the order is
shipped. Wrap & Roll reserves the right to cancel any order without justification of
cause.
Refunds
Wrap & Roll has a No-Refund policy. However, if the product is out of stock, a refund will
be processed to the debit/credit card that was used to purchase the product. Please
allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to
appear on your debit/credit card statement.
Order and Shipping Policies
Delivery charges apply to all orders placed through this website unless stated
otherwise. Our charges are determined by the delivery area selected by the customer
during checkout. Customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method
will be required to confirm a One-time password (OTP) against a local number. Orders
for COD will only be confirmed after customers have validated the OTP. Our delivery
team will only hand the package over after the full payment is received.
International customers are required to pre-pay for their orders using one of the
available payment methods at checkout. They will be required to confirm an OTP
against an email provided. Orders will be delivered within 1-2 days from the order
placement date. We currently only offer delivery in Karachi.
The minimum order value is 1,500 PKR. COD is only available for orders under 29,999
PKR.
